Hello Terry and Terris,

Terry, Terris was out tonight to look at my Cadet heaters.  I had called Cadet to order the switches and the supply guy there said they weren't necessary.  I asked Terris to call them and he did and discussed the situation with the Cadet guy.  Terris, you can probably explain the situation to Terry better than I can, but apparently the heater has a heat limit switch that cycles on and cools down. 

Anyway, Terris discovered that by vacuuming (sp) the heaters, they ran cooler than pre-cleaning them.  The kitchen heater still runs at a higher temp than the others, but for now is in an acceptable range.  So, we didn't need to get the switches afterall and I now have heaters that are operable.

Terry, you should know that Terris went beyond the call of duty here.  Not only did he clean all my heaters for me (and the one out in Janis's little unit) he showed me how to do it.  He didn't get here until 7:30 (agreed upon time) and left close to 9:00 p.m.--after already putting in a really long work day. 

One very satisfied customer, I might add!  And...upon my request, he spoke to Marcy about not putting things near the heater!
