I will not insult your excellent choice of a home in the right school district, the perfect street, great floor plan for your family and a super yard. No, I will just stick to the details of what conditions you will need to maintain and repair or replace. As an experienced inspector, I will use all of my senses[even smell, hearing, touching] to locate or identify the most sneaky conditions that others may miss.  I will be responsive to you after the inspection by returning your and your agents messages very promptly. This I promise to you.

My promise to you: Upon delivery of my inspection report to you, if you feel that you did not receive a thorough and comprehensive report, just ask and I will give you a refund. Conversely,   if you feel I did give you your moneys worth and more, please refer my service to your friends or relatives.
